博德魯姆假日酒店度假村 (Holiday Inn Resort BODRUM by IHG)

Мне понравился отель. До этого читала отзывы и видела немало отрицательных. Я ничего плохого не могу сказать. Расположение отеля не близко к центру, но до Марина Бодрум пешком минут 22-25. Кто любит ходить пешком (как я 🙂) того не смутит. До ближайшего Мигроса примерно такое же расстояние. Поэтому когда будете гулять, сразу берите себе что-нибудь перекусить🤭(у кого только завтраки). А так , у Марина Бодрум множество кафе, ресторанов, стрит фуда. К отелю ведет крутой подьем, на территории также нужно много ходить. Но мне это даже понравилось, так как виды отрываются шикарные🤩 Красивая пляжная зона. Вполне чистые номера, всегда можно конечно к чему-то придраться, если искать недостатки. Но оно того не стоит 😉когда такая красота вокруг вас. У меня был нюанс с пультом от кондиционера (он не работал) . Позвонила -сообщила - проблему решили быстро 👌🏼На завтраке всего в достатке: нарезки овощные, мясные, оливки несколько видов , сыры , фрукты очень сладкие 🍉, омлет вот только уже готовый был, не индивидуальная подача. Но вполне достойный завтрак. Сотрудники все улыбчивые и приятные 🙂парень на ресепшн- молодец 👍🏼проводил и все показал. Мужчины в ресторане - официанты и девушки , тоже очень милые. Спасибо вам. Я отлично провела время 😍хоть и всего пару дней. С удовольствием вернусь 🙂

The Resort located in a beautiful scenic hill top with rooms are located downwards to the sea. A Taxi stand is in front of hotel which is convenient for travelling around as well. Nicely planned and decorated. The room we lived was spacious (King bed with sea view balcony), well decorated, clean. Big king bed, covers were clean. They provided plenty of complimentary drinking water bottles. Toilet was clean and seperate area for shower (they provided shower gel and soap only. No shampoo or body lotion which is unexpected for IHG standard). The balcony of our room provided full view of the sea. The walkway gives a vive of castle type area with stone walls and arches. Buffet breakfast had so many items and it was fresh as well. We ate dinner at the hotel for both nights (Expensive but going to city for dinner also cost taxi fare), and the food was good with nice service. Overall this is good resort with stunning as well as serene natural beauty. Problem is, if any of the lift goes out of service (specially the sliding lift that connect rooms to restaurant and beach)than movement in the resort will become miserable. There are so many steps and stairs from the reception to room and from room to restaurant and beach. Lucily all the lifts were working smoothly at the time of our stay. Another problem is they do not send staff to take the luggage at the time of check out. I called them twice and waited for 15 minute and they said it is end of season (is early October is end of season in Bodrum??) so they do not have sufficient staff to send that time. later I managed to carry all luggage to reception and found there was 2 staffs standing for a group of guest check in (which took a lot of time as we stood waiting for check out) and 1 staff is in outside with another guest's luggage check in. They could have sent 1 of them for couple of minutes to collect our luggage. That really annoyed me as bringing 2 + 2 luggage climbing the stairs up to lift and reception took away the nice relaxing feelings. I also noticed some other guest carrying their luggage to reception for check out. So its like they give value to guest while check in and do not bother to give sincere goodbye!!! One more thing. They have a policy of keeping deposit of 400 euros at the time of check in. But the receptionist lady exempted us from that policy saying that we have booking for couple of nights so they won't take deposit. As a whole, the hotel provides really beautiful scene and relaxing atmosphere and recommended for strong capable people.

Отель от центра примерно 2 км, расположен на холме каскадом в красивой бухте, свой пляж (вход в воду удобный, по ступенькам, как в бассейн). Виды из окна и отеля потрясающие. Завтраки вкусные. Чистота на 4 из 5: полы нам только в ванной мыли, тарелки на завтраке рекомендую осматривать (бывают сколы и пятна). Такси рядом.

The location was good nearby from the Marina but in other hand the housekeeping was poor and needs every time to call the reception. Also, the reception couple of time doesn’t answer my calls. The food wasn’t delicious at all. Furthermore, when i checked-in the room was not clean and the part from the toilet was broken as attached.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Sezon bittiği için akşam aktiviteleri yoktu. Yine de güzel bir tatil geçirdik. İmkanları ve atmosferi çok güzel. Hem kum hemde kayalık plajı var. Deniz sığ değil yüksekten atlanabiliyor. Fiyatlar inanılmaz uygun Bodrum gibi bir yerde. Plaj barlarda bira 150₺, kahvaltı dahil alınmazsa kahvaltısı 475 ₺, akşam yemeği 975₺. Çok memnun kaldık 💐❤️

Loved the beach and location was so good in the middle of old town and gümbet Spotlessly Clean: The entire hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, was impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job. Our room was tidied twice a day, which was a lovely touch. -Comfortable & Modern Rooms: We had a standard double room with a balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable – classic Holiday Inn quality – and the blackout curtains were a godsend. The room had a modern, minimalist feel with a good air conditioner, a large TV, and a very functional bathroom with a powerful shower. ·-Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. There was a great mix of Turkish options (like olives, cheeses, and pastries) and international classics (eggs, sausages, cereals). The fresh omelette station was a daily must-do. -Friendly Staff: Nearly every staff member we interacted with, from reception to the waiters, was smiling, polite, and helpful. They made a real effort.

L’hôtel est bien dans l’ensemble ( le ménage n’était pas bien fait donc nous on faisait les sanitaires 🤷🏼♀️) mais on a passé un excellent séjour ❤️« 18/9-29/9 » Le staff de l’hôtel sont très sympathiques et présents à tout moment 👌😍 L’hôtel est très grand et un charme de Bodrum Franchement je conseille les gens à s’y rendre car paraport c’est au prix c’est très correct 👍

Odalar o kadar kirliydi ki, çarşaf ve havluda saçlar, tuvalette kıllar. Yerler tozlu. Sanki diğer misafir sonrası yatağı toplayıp vermişler gibi, hayatımda daha kirli otel odası görmedim. Haricinde otelin tüm asansörlerinde kullanmayınız etiketi yapıştırılmış denetim sonrası. Sürekli bozuldu, odadan çıkıp otelden çıkmak min 20 dk sürüyor. 3-4 asansöre binmeniz lazım onlarda bozuk sürekli. Kahvaltıda yenebilecek kalitede peynir yok, çok vasattı. Otel yalıkavağa, gümüşlüğe, türkbüküne vs heryere araçla 40 dk. Konumu da her yere uzak yani. Çok pişman olduk açıkçası

Tesis çok dik ve ana bina ile sahil arasında ne olduğu belli olmayan bir taşıma sistemi kurulmuş ve çok randumansız resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan odaya sadece bir su ve ya bir havlu istiyorsunuz 1 saatten önce gelmiyor sebebi otelde gece 1 kişi varmış kat hizmetine bakan odalar inanılmaz eski. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.
